In 1990 we drew our first 2 games, players had a meeting robson, formation was changed, the rest is history....

Very true, but truth be told, we stumbled our way to the semi finals in that tournament, drew the first 2, only beat egpyt 1-0 with a wrighty header, then only beat belgium in extra time with a platty volley, then only beat cameroon 3-2 in the quarters, 2 penalties needed to do this as we were 2-1 behind.

All of this is forgotten as we made it to the semis.

Point being win wednesday and no one will give a fuck about these first 2 awful games.
