.....watching crimewatch, and an English woman (one of many) who's fallen foul to a Ghanaian romance scam. She sends £40k to a bloke she's never seen before, who's engaged her in e-mail waffle, with a picture of an ex-american army major/politician, and is stopped just in time from sending a further £120k, on remortgaging her house , by the bizzies.

it's hard to believe in this day and age that there are still people who don't act like the rest of us - i.e. cynical, mistrustful, doubtful etc.... the sad thing is... the victims of these scams show honourable human traits while the scammers show all the bad side of human nature.

It says more about people in today's world in general, that the percentage of horrible humans is increasing all the time
