He's mentally ill and as has been said wasn't driving.

It's sad more than anything what he has become.

At the end of the day he has serious mental issues and is a alcoholic who cant stay off the drink. It must be a sad state of affairs to have to do something that you know is the cause of your problems but at the same time see it as the solution.

Football genius but Mentally unstable is a bad combination as allows you have shed loads of money and just waste it on booze, drugs and loose your family.
