best thing she can do is make friends with a couple of blokes who will put HIM in the ground first.

Christ only knows, MOD

It can be hard for woman to leave in some situations, especially when the husband/partner hold the cards, such as the wage and the house, but blokes like this are scum

"Murphy, who was convicted of battery against the same woman in 2007"

she shouldnt still be with him, simple as that, leopard never changes its spots, get rid, or this will keep happening and the sympathy will soon run out.

That's the strange things with relationships, codependency, learnt responses and people being drawn to others with similar characteristics make it difficult to understand why some people stay together.

Why are there so many arseholes about. My sister hooked up with a similar character years ago. Gary Clark if you know him, arsehole of the world. I went up to Hartlepool one day and seen my sister with a black eye and generally battered . I ended up hospitalising the twat. Years later my nephew (sisters son) who was only a kid at the time bumped into him in town and all the memories came flooding back. Clark was badly beaten by the lad and was lucky to get away with his life.
