Thats the really annoying part. 3 times I heard the pilot say he thought he saw orange markers on the vehicles yet he still fired.

Surely any doubts should have meant not firing. It wasn't exactly like the pilots where in a life threatening situation.

Is it because the American Forces are crap?? These two are a Lieutenant Colonel and a Major. For the uninitiated, that's way way up the ladder. It takes long years of training to get those pips. And still they can't get their finger off the trigger in time.
