one was a legally (maybe :roll:

) binding agreement based on us spending over a hundred grand doing up a clubs pitch and the other was a friendly kick about between two teams.

The similarities are non existant

Pools have backed out of either a written or verbal agreement. Legal or not, the principle is the same. Gateshead could now lose out financially if they cant get similar opposition for the same date.
