Yup...good as well.

I got the one that isn't 3G, but I don't need that here.

Spot on for travelling and saves me carrying a laptop.

Just a big Ipod touch really, and typing on the keyboard on the touch was touch difficult for my sausage fingers. The Ipad is just right.

The battery life is good too.

Depends what you want really - for me it's the music, fillums, internet and some good Apps.

My sister has one, but having had a go of it and having had an iPhone for 18 months, the iPad offers me very little that I haven't already got on my iPhone. Couldn't get excited at all over the iPad.
Lovely toy. . . . . . but to me that's all it is.
I think it's a case of the hype being greater than the product.

For the money you can get a very high spec laptop. Is it worth having a few apps (that you have to pay more for) for a tenth of the functionality? Not to mention the fact you'll look like Jeremy Beadle with an iPhone.

Nearly a grand for the (top spec) iPad and 30 quid a month for the mobile data contract, all so you can update facebook without typing it on a real keyboard? rolfl

I've got to admit that the first time I used Skype on it I held it like a big phone... :uhoh:
