Stuart Drummond's mugshot is easily the worst of the lot, although the mayor of Malmo looks like he might be keen on offering children sweets and the mayor of Lyon looks like he is smugly reflecting on a corrupt but lucrative deal he just completed over a six course lunch.

Obviously neither of the mayors would do these things, they just look that way. French public officials in particular are above reproach.

Apparently there's 75 grot spots that were on the "mayors" list.
I can think of 2, Titan House and the old Co-op although I would still like to know what influence he had in these being improved!!

The best bit is the one in which he says he introduced neighbourhood policing, sorry Stuart you didn't and to claim you did is a slur on the efforts of the real people behind this who are still attempting to make this a success.

Ray Mallon is mentioned in the article on Stuart Drummond if you can be arsed to read it. There are lots of better reasons to suggest that this competition is a joke than that dodgy twat not being nominated.
