I've said before that whatever people reckon this hospital isn't a done deal yet and won't be until they start building it.

To be honest it's not really a political issue based upon regional location like you're trying to make out, it's more the fact that the last government promised all sorts of money that they didn't actually have for loads of stuff that they couldn't actually afford to do in order to try and convince people to vote for them in the recent election.
