Last Thursday the Tories won the seat of Gillingham and Rainham. I've always said after these last 13 years that for Gillingham to turn blue, that the country would have to turn blue.

I always thought that David Cameron would never be Prime Minister...yet, in just a matter of minutes, it looks like that vision that I laughed at in the past is about to come true.

Err, Brown can't invite him to form a Government only the Queen can do that.

Apparantly according to the Consitution, the Queen has asked Brown who she should send for to come to Buckingham Palace as his successor. Brown will suggest Cameron. Cameron will be telephoned to come to the Palace and he will then be invited to form a government.
