Without doubt the single most unhelpful, rude bunch of tossers I have ever tried to do business with. As soon as you try and make a complaint they just hang up We have been without a router from them for 5-6 weeks broadband hasn't gone live yet and we have just had a bill from them

I was fuming at the start but its now quite funny, especially when it is virtually impossible to understand what they are saying so I end up speaking very slowly in broken english then when I get to the crux of the matter they understand and just hang up. If you are really lucky you get to speak to a scouser who at least has the decency to tell you he is going to hang up on you.
