Where has Chip's prediction league gone?

I've just realised I can't find it any more.

It's not in the Retreat section is it as I can't seem to get on there but everyone else can.

I click on the "view new posts" section rather than go in each section so I didn't spot it but I just realised that Chip didn't do this weeks entry.
