Apart from the result I really do hope you had a good day out.

He gave the ball away for the first goal just in front of me - it definitely wasn't a foul and the referee got it dead right. He got his foot caught in the grass when he tried to kick it and five minutes later he did the same thing again when Browny put him under pressure over the other side of the pitch.

You should have wore mouldies mate...

Lets split the difference and call it six. Elphick was whinging to the Ref about the second one as well and the Ref to his credit again gave him nowt.

The ref clearly was doing all he could to NOT book Brighton players for some reason.

A shout from the Mill House Terrace described Elphick as a disgraceful human being and after his behaviour with Richie Barker at the Michael Maidens game, I concurred fully. It was fantastic watching him flounder like a goldfish out of its bowl.

Got to agree with them there - their two centre-half's were the weakest part of their team...

But they limited us to only a few chances so they cant have been that bad. Their weak link for me was the forwards. Defensively I thought they looked quite solid

Err because not every big player is, he is good at controlling the ball with his feet.

They only played with one forward who was a young lad making his debut, or thereabouts, I think. He got very little change out of Big Sam i must admit but he was ploughing a lone furrow so it wasn't easy.

Give them their due like, their midfield players were making runs all over the place in the first half hour, good to watch - I remember when we used to play like that. I think they might do well next season anyway...
