What a complete waste of time !!!

No redeeming features whatsoever, this is a serious contender for the most pointless re-make of all time
Bad acting, bad clothing, very poor & weak attempt to copy the plot.
The best part of the film ? - None of it,not even the closing titles

0/10 & thats being generous

Totally agree, I mean whats the point in it. If you want to fight go and take up boxing, martial arts etc or just go into Shades on a Saturday night and call everyone a wanker

that is easily done in conjunction with a Saturday afternoon, and has the added bonus of no comebacks with opposition fans cos they don't live here!!!!

What about gangsters ?
I think gangsters are all stpid but that didnt stop the Godfather being a good film.

The only decent film I've seen regarding football hooliganism is the firm with Gary Oldman.
The only decent book is Steaming In by Colin Ward.
I must say it's an excellent read for any football fan who grew up in the 60s and 70s.

Totally agree. clappp
The Firm(2009) This was meant to be better with all the same characters in it. But it's absolute fookin drivel. Don't know why they didn't just leave it alone. If it aint broke don't fix it. Gary Oldman and Phil Davis make these muppets in the new one look like complete cocks. They give the impression that they're hooligans trying to act rather than actors trying to portray hooligans.

I didnt even think that,I thought they were the least menacing attempts at hooligans they could have found.
Violent characters are supposed to make you feel uncomfortable like Gary Oldman did, these feckers just made you cringe with embarrassment

See your point there. Wouldn't fancy getting into a spot of bother if them tossers were me mates.
