I know what the general feeling is, i share it and it's been apparent for a long time now, but ...... I think the way people are going on is more than likely self defeating. If you were in his position, would it not make you more determined to prove a point, the more the wind tries to blow your coat off, the tighter you hold onto it, a view that could also be shared by others.
Can we keep the criticism down to the business in question and not to some of the pathetic and childish abuse that seems to have taken hold of some posters 'minds' ...... make fun of it if you have to, but I suspect reasoned points will go down well in the minds of those that count than the chuntering and abuse that will just stop the people who count listening to us.

Personally I think at this point in the season a management change would cause more problems than it would solve.
I think it has to happen in close season, but right now we need to try & get some continuity/consistency
