Have you considered maybe trying at 1, 2, 3 or 4 minutes past?

good thinking, if only i'd thought of that.

I actually did phone at ten, but i was on hold for 5 minutes, hence the 5 past by the time i got through.

Being at work too if im on the phone i cant just say ere wait a minute whilst i book this footy game for me mates.

Maybe try ringing at 5 minutes too then so if you do go on hold for 5 minutes then by the time you get through it'll be 10am.

I don't remember the old lad having this many problems booking it, he is clearly better than you.
