Now this is not usually my kind of film, and I admit to avoiding it as long as I could. I had a spare afternoon t'other day and thought, what the hell.
Its fantastic, beautifully shot, the 3D is incredible
I generally hate the whole cinema experience (once took MrsB to there for Valentines evening, couldnt bear the noise fom others and left half way through, telling her to phone me when the film had finished so as I could come back and pick her up
Watching Avatar, however, was wholly different as the cinema was silent throughout

As I said, the whole thing went against what I usually do, but it was tremedous

There is probably a thread elsewhere but I couldnt be arsed looking

Go see it..........

I watched avatar a few weeks back and did indeed post on here saying how spiffing it was.

I was amazed at how good it was and like you say, nobody bothered speaking or playing with their mobile phones! Very unusual!

I convinced other people to go and watch it and they all said they were disappointed! They obviously have no taste.
