I was very disappointed with Saturday’s performance and result,” he said. “Without doubt there will be changes. There would have been anyhow because this will be our third game in a week, but now we’ll be making changes because we were so poor on Saturday and we can not accept that level of performance.

- I bet richie and sweeney are still playing

“We’re playing one of the best teams in the division, then we have Norwich and Leeds.”

- Get it in early Chris the excuse of a Big Club you know it makes sence

"With only James Brown (knee) missing through injury, Turner has a free hand to make changes. Joe Gamble, Turner’s first – and he expects only – January signing is set to stand down after an unimpressive debut"

Bit harsh to single just him out.

We've lost the game before a ball has even been kicked.

He gets his digs in at the fans because he is confident he will get away with it. The owners think the sun shines out of his shady bit.
Taking that to its logical conclusion, then it is the owners who are responsible and not Chris Turner.
It makes you wonder why Danny Wilson was looking for a move.
The club talk about ambition and a desire to progress further and yet they leave this clown in charge. I say clown because the gloves are now off. Turner has chosen to have a go at us in the press, so he deserves all he gets.
Ambition and Turner in charge don't sit together for me, but they appear to for the owners.
I don't want to go anymore. My club isn't my club anymore. My club is now a convenience for the owners, to do with as they please, with total disregard for me or my feelings and aspirations.
Well I know when I'm not wanted.
IOR have been a breath of fresh air to Pools ................so far. At the moment they are presiding over the soul being ripped out of the club. I say that because I believe the soul of a football club is its fans..........no one else. The soul of our club is fast disappearing and now we have a man alienating what bit of soul there is left.
Oh dearie me.

The manager or players should never turn on the fans. If they do the chairman should drag them back into line pronto.

He better not be dropping Gamble! The guy aint played for 3 months, had hardly trained with us and wasnt as bad as some of the others. Dropping him already will be a big mistake.

Correct, Mr Motivator himself bigging up Charlton and then playing 4-5-1. Results go against us tonight and Saturday we could be very seriously looking over our shoulders, Then surely its time for him to go.. Doubt it though

surely Pools will go down at his rate if we lose again tonight - 7 defeats from the last 10 league matches - only Stockport must be worse over the last 10? Oldham have 4 games in hand

We will go down with the clown in charge hence why I just put £100 on it at the ridiculous odds of 5/1. I hope I lose the bet but the only way this will happen is if Hodcroft gets rid of Turner. And we all know that wont happen.
