Happy new year to you all.

Just wondered what the conditions are like up there and if it looks like the game could be called off?

Hope not, looking forward to getting up there early for a few pre match bevvies! Then onto Whitley Bay for the night!

Dont think there is much chance of the match been off m8 unless it turns really bad in the next few days it got up to a tropical high of 5 degrees today and i even seen a lad down Victoria road walking about in shorts and t shirt today !

Why you going up there for a night out our Marina and town is better

It's okay here snow melting fast, game should be on. Although Whitley Bays been cut off for days, under 6ft of snow, people are having to resort to drinking the toilet water.

That's good news, cheers!

I'm sure your marina is a great night out too, however, I'm meeting a few pals from Newcastle in W.B after the game, and Im very much looking forward to sampling the toilet water!
