Weather check please!

I am planning on coming down from Aberdeen tomorrow for the match.....what's the weather like in Pools just now??

Personally, I was very surprised after I heard the game was called off on Monday that it had been rescheduled for this Saturday.

I think it's much too soon to have re-arranged the game for then - the cold weather over Christmas seems to have carried on into New Year.

The grounds staff may be confident that the game will be going ahead, but I'm yet to be convinced. I'll wait and see what happens overnight first.

snowing outside now very cold but hopefully at 9 am tomorrow we will get the go ahead

It is not actually that cold, there is a light covering of snow on the ground, if the temperature doesn't drop too much over night and since the pitch has been covered there should be a better than average chance of it being on

Apart from today the weather has been fine, and to suggest you cant stage a game 5 days after another was called off???

Probably all depends whether they have had time to put the covers on this time, apparently by the time they managed to put a cover on after the yeovil game, there was 6 inches of snow beneath it. :roll:

Probabaly nothing to do with us probabaly missing both centre backs for that game.
