Driving down Raby Road this morning when a woman climbed out of a car. She was wearing a black running vest and little else, it may have even been a mini dress.... but as it was December in Hartlepool and she was dressed for July in Ibiza, she was also wearing gloves and a scarf.....obviously only certain parts of her body feel the cold.
