Just stumbled on this little gem from our delightful MP in the mail

http://www.hartlepoolmail.co.uk/news/MP ... 5839232.jp

Before I begin my little tirade I should just state that I live on the estate but am in no way affected by the proposals. Up until now I have had quiet sympathy for the people in question as I would not like it happening to me - but this has really boiled my p@#s

Regardless of your views on the subject I think this is an absolutely disgusting attitude from someone who is supposed to serve his constituents - basically tough crap because you had the temerity to buy on a new housing estate. It shouldn't matter what changes the builders are making - whether it's affordable housing / social housing or 8 bedroom villas with outdoor plunge pool and dancing girls - if hardworking people, from whatever background, buy what could well be the house of their dreams based on the plans the builders have shown them for the area then surely they have some rights?

I would also love to know where the smarmy little sod lives so I could check up on the validity of his little tale - please please vote this spineless little man out at the next election - whilst I have no particular allegiance to any of the parties it pains me to know that this man is our voice in London. Peter Mandelson did a huge amount for this town behind the scenes - this guy is just a yes man.

Well said.

Wright is a cnt of the highest order, a real cntity cnt who loves to lick around the arses of other cnts.

However unlikely it may be I would love it (really love it) if he was to get voted out at the next election.

Everybody in Bishop Cuthbert should repeatedly piss through his letterbox.

As a fellow Bishopcuthbertian, this really makes me laugh.

My unspoilt view has had 5 blocks of flats stuck on it, although I will say that the path/stream and associated parkland is top notch. At least our Springer Spaniel thinks so!

The project has, however, officially run out of money. Hence, no playground, no footy pitch, not even those gates to stop the motorbiking mongs from tear-arsing across it from time to time rage

Mr Wright has really stuck his foot in his gob on this one, and desereves to have his sea-view shut out. stpid

Top o the hill perhaps.
We're in the original ones near the hozzie.
Neighbours either side are devout Poolies, and the 3 house between them have 5 cars, the newest being an 06 plate.

Love the place! HTH

I'll let somebody who actually lives there to answer that one Compo but that's a whomping generalisation!

I know most people who live there are good people and not snobbish at all, but I am just going on my opinion of the people I know.

a little bit like the generalisation the people who live there are making that anyone who lives in rented housing and affordable housing and is on benefits will be a scutty 'lovely lovely person'?

Completely different though Mr Yubep.

People who live in rented housing on benefits ARE scutty cnts and bad neighbours, sitting drinking white lightning and 8 Ace on their front step and pissing in their neighbours gardens.

Hope that helps.

Not all on benefits and rented accomodation are scutty bounders. Some yes definitely but not all.

There's someone who is in a similar situation who reads this board and he's not happy with ur generalisation of unemployed people.

I hope ur a good 800 metres runner lol.

Hartlepool does not have a representitive in Parliament, it has a weasle who somehow got his name next to the Labour sign in the election and does what exactly what he's told by Brown irrespective of the effect on the town.

'lovely lovely person'.

I know whereabouts he lives, the wifes friend used to live over the road from him before she moved to Australia, he actually painted his door black so it looked like his good mate Gordons front door
