Been on a site visit to NetPark at Sedgefield so popped into George Bolam Butchers..picked up 4 Sirloin Steaks for 6 quid, you should see these fookers!!!!! Beautiful.

Here's what I'm going to do.

Screaming hot Griddle Pan.
No oil required.

Rub the steaks with a mixture of Chilli Powder and Roasted Paprika Powder, salt and black pepper.

Fling the steaks in, with 4x Red Chillies, halved, and 2x Red Peppers, halved.

As the steaks are frying, rub them over with a couple of Garlic Cloves.

For the sauce, a tub of Creme Fraiche mixed with 2 tablespoons of Horse Radish sauce, a squeeze of lemon juice and a dash of Olive Oil. Mix the lot up, it's a cold sauce so you could make this first.

Gonna have Potato Wedges (home made) and a bit of salad
