Chubby Brown At The Borough Hall!!!!

I've seen a few posters around Town advertising that Chubby brown is playing the Borough Hall 10th December but it isn't advertised on his site!!!! confised

What's going on????

I can't see the Council allowing him to play in one of their Buildings like so are they putting a stop to it????
