I quite like him. Always chooses good cover versions.."High And Dry", "Accidents Will Happen" etc...

Michael Buble..his new single is quite catchy, to me he sounds like Andrew Gold, Wearside Jacks favourite artist.

Personally I can't stand Jamie Cullum everytime he comes on the radio/tv I just have to turn him off! Agree with Michael Buble's current single

Have to say, I can take or leave Jamie Cullum.
Now the Bubblemeister...Different class!

I got his last CD 'CALL ME IRRESPONSIBLE' a while back, and it's an ever-present in the car CD.
Aside his more Jazzy efforts, he has a good team of people writing for him. 'Lost' was written by Jann Arden, who was touted as the US next big thing in the '90s. Easy listening at its best :coool:

Hate him.

I heard him lauding Sufjan Stevens on Radio 2 the other week, just thought to myself 'surely you get a little bit embarrassed when you hear Sufjan's stuff compared to yours?' Jazzy w@nk shit.

Got to agree with you allez - can't stand Cullum, looks too much of a fake to me. Buble is a bit middle of the road but a good voice...

I recently 'discovered' Sufjan Stevens from a mention by Chip on the 'Listening to' thread, excellent stuff. Can't say that Cullum or Buble do anything for me, as someone said middle of the road stuff, or lift music.

Gerraway, you lot aren't listening.

Cullum to my ears has more in common with Ben Folds Five than Harry Connick Jnr, surely?

For Middle Of The Road easy listening, go straight to James Morrison.

erm I am like! and watching.......just looking at him makes me want to kick the telly in!!!

Harry Connick Jnr, Ben Folds Five, James Morrison, Jamie Cullum,Paulo Nutini etc all MOR and utterly shi'ite to boot!

There was a Jamie Cullum advert board at the County Ground, sort of makes sense now if he is a Swindon fan. Sums it up really, Swindon is possibly the most boring place in the British Isles, and Cullum's music is quite soporific.
