hartlepool Borough Council take it VERY seriously aswell!!!! :roll:

They tell us to do this....sort that....put that in this bin....etc etc!!!! :roll:

Do they do it???? confised

Do they fuck!!!! :evil:

Council buildings allover the town do not have any system in place to sort their rubbish out!!!! :evil:

And I won't even mention the amount of paper they must go through in 1 week!!!! :shock:

And is why I have just signed a sub-contract agreement, in duplicate, for works totalling a massive £300.00. This agreement is 60 pages in depth.

it's all window dressing ... the people who think it up being the biggest waste of space .... :roll:

they produce bollox to keep themselves in a soft job and a bit of doom laden eco mongering keeps scaring the simple people to toe the line.
