We had a lovely homemade Curry for tea tonight, but the Chef has gone to bed. I will ask her for a recipe for you tomorrow.

Some lovely indians meals on there, i had to turn it over it was too nice.

Make your Curry the day before you eat it ..

This one could be right up your street Muttley and a favourite of mine in my young and single days.

Dice a few potatoes and boil them until soft.
Chuck in a pan with a slab of corned beef, a couple of chopped onions and any veg your fancy (peas, carrots, pepper, mushroom.)
This makes the perfect "base" for yor curry.
Heat up and mix in, ala the ECG receipe, curry paste not sauce.
Add spicy stuff (chillis, tumeric etc) to suit your taste.
If your prefer it mild, add yogurt and/or pineapple chunks.
It will be stodgy but you can add water to thin it out if necessary.
Serve over some rice .

I'd forgotten about this, and the chef has gone to bed again. But EAD's instructions look much like her method, from what I have observed.

Also nobody mentioned the rice, we only ever use Basmati, and if you want a little colour (yellow) than add some turmeric.
