Internet Problem!!!!

The bairn's Internet on her Computer won't work!!!! :evil:

This Box comes up....

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Programs:C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

This application has requested Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information.

Has anyone got any ideas how to sort it out????

I've tried System Restore but she has no Restore points on her PC!!!! banghead

It's probably an add-on to Internet Explorer, one of those search bars or MSN things, if you can run IE, go to Tools, Manage Add-ons and disable them all, if it sorts the problem then enable them one at a time until one causes the error again, then you'll know which one it is. Better option would be to install Firefox or Google Chrome instead.

If you can't run IE, to get to the tools menu as above, check the link below which describes how to start IE without any add-ons

I've removed Google Toolbar and now it's working again!!!! :grin:
