I'm pleased for him. I don't think he is anywhere near as good as Monkey but he never hid when he played for Pools. Hope he plays rubbish against us but I am not ashamed to say that I am glad he is doing well.....

He had more than enough chances to prove himself under several managers and performed erratically. Sorry, we aint a home for 'strays' who may just come good in the future. I'm amazed he lasted as long as he did here.

I hope Matty has a great career, never one to hide and put in some excellent performances over the years. Last Christmas time he was the first player on the teamsheet and was playing the best football of his career.

Obviously a confidence player so he was never going to have a good career at Pools with some of the morons that got on his case after every fck up, what these people were trying to achieve I do not know.

I don't Chip, because I think they're both worse than Robson and should also should have been scattered long ago, but maybe their faces fit better, if you follow my logic. :wink:

Im not sure re how well Foleys 'face' fits but I heard a rumour that he can fit inside an ice-cream carton.
