I can hear something like that late at night on a non-DAB radio on 5 Live. I agree it sounds East European.

I can always hear strange chimes just before the hour.
They've mentioned it before on Drive, and apparently it comes from Belarus or some other godforsaken hole.

I think it might be Alpha Radio

Just before the hour, I always hear a voice saying 'burn the bastad ((c)ADG).'

It's a little disconcerting as the voice never names the gadgie, but one day it will.....and I hope it's the one I have in mind... :grin:
