Whereas when Teddy Sheringham got nicked he got a neat caution, it's not what you do, it's who you are......

At least Dave Whelan's seen sense and sacked him from the Club.

I don't think we can throw too many stones when it comes to signing ex prisoners.

Yes, but if you read Whelan's comments it appears he has been sacked for the length of his sentence rather than the crime he committed.

Some of the papers saying he will never play professional football again. I'd be surprised if that was true. Newcastle will probably have him. They have Joey Barton after all.

i doubt sheringham had 13 previous convictions though. given kings previous, and the seriousness of the crime, he got off very, very lightly.

No he didn't and I hadn't read Marlon Kings previous when I wrote that.

I stick by justice being rarely done though, some bloke got half the same sentence yesterday for riding his motorbike too fast in the wilds of Scotland.

I liked the way the Echo described King as, 'starting a new life behind bars'.

I hoped he gets bummed, very hard, then punched in the face, very hard each and every day of his eight months in the jug

And has POK as a regular visitor

Will that be a conjugal rights visitation?

his agent is a despicable excuse for a human being. All he cares about is cash. Well I hope he still cares so much about his precious cash when he's on his death bed one day, the c-unt.

I heard the Gordon Taylor interview. As the Chief Exectutive of The Professional Footballers Association he's in a bit of an invidious situation. The PFA is effectively the football player's trade union and is paid by the members to represent them. I'm sure Gordon Taylor has very clear personal views about some of the overpaid primadona ar..seho..les he has to represent but professionally he is duty bound to put forward the best possible case on their behalf.

I'd rather have him involved than some of those dodgy agents you see around y'know like Fergusons son and all them.
