Apparantly they are in danger of being destroyed by their own council. Some of their fans have set up a petition.

As we are going to entertain them, anyone feel like signing it?

Go on, show them that we are real football fans.

Bollox to em, did they show up when we were in the shite?

I doubt it

In fact, fook all the teams who have shat upon us over the years

Was the internet invented the last time we were in the shit? It seems so long ago.

Yes it was

Why don't we start a petition trying to get our local council to pull their finger out over the ground?

Just and though, like

and they can still get fooked

The petiton is based on the decison of the council to not give the club planning permission for a new stadium. our club is 137 years old and we have had one ground from then until now we want to move on from this we are hopefully preparing for a future in the football league now u guys can sit there and say well F*UCK them what have they done for us but its just respect at the end of the day thankyou for eveyone who is going to sign the petiton you are fantastic individuals.

What are their reasons for not giving you the planning permission?

Just ignore Talbot on here. Most of us do. He is just bitter and twisted. About everything.

True, true, but I REALLY don't give a shiny shite!
The reason, Fans United day against bummers from the south coast, the fans of the other clubs showed their true colours that day

The site of the proposed new ground is some what on the edge of kettering we struck a deal with asda they would fund our stadium if they could build a superstore near the site. but the council doesnt want people coming out of kettering to go elsewhere ie the superstore.

We have Morrisons next to us and Asda over the road and they won't even let supporters park in their car park when there is a match on. banghead

are you sure this is what you want, there is a football club not so far from us that used to be our rivals who thought the same thing, only problem was there was no infrastructre(buses, carparks and pubs)so their stadium has become a millstone around their necks,it's a lifeless souless place that even their own fans can't or won't go to

the big rumer is that our council have done or are in the process of doing a deal with who ever the club was planing to get to help finance a new ground so that they finance a new set of council offices and a swimming pool in favour of planing permission rage

put Google Earth on your computer and zoom in around the general area, and click on the photos. That normally decides it for me.
