I had a Chicken Mumtaz in a classy restaraunt in Bhubaneswar in 1998. It cost a fortune, perhaps as much as 80 or 100 rupees, but it was one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten.

And you?

Good evening. I've never eaten a Mumtaz, never known a girl called Mumtaz, never even heard of the bloody word Mumtaz but I do have a rucksack.
