Mutley, I had this problem a bit ago....it's torture trying to turn over, and even worse pain getting out of bed. What you need, right, is one of those reclining canvas garden chairs, so that when you want to get up, the chair gets you into sitting position without you needing to use muscles. Sounds weird but it was the only way I could get any sleep.

Yeah and like people said....no X-Ray and just painkillers!!!! confised

After the Hospital I went to the Doctors who said the same but I had to go back the next day cos the Painkillers they gave me never even touched the Pain!!!! sadx

I got stronger ones off the Doctor I saw the next day....and even these aren't that good!!!! banghead

They said I could go back and get stronger ones if they don't work so that's where I'll be going on Monday!!!! confised

BTW....The Doctor at the Hospital reckoned it was just bruising but the Doctor I went to next day gave me a more through examination* and reckoned I had 1 but most probably 2 cracked/broken Ribs!!!! sadx

At least I'll be off work for awhile!!!! :coool:

The Doc reckons it could take anything from 2 weeks to 2 Months to get right!!!! :grin:

*Examinations these days ARE Easier!!!! :laugh:

I had 3 weeks off work when I done mine, but when I went back they still weren't 100%
