The Frank & Walters, Camera Obscura and Emmy The Great will be watched by me at this festival on Saturday. The Sunday actually looks better with Teenage Fanclub, BMX Bandits, Lucky Soul, Disasteradio, Northern Portrait and Aux Autres but I can only afford one day and The Franks are one of the best live bands i've ever seen.

Check it. Free steam train rides too!!!

you can't fall off with Super Furry Animals, Teenage Fanclub, I Am Kloot and King Creosote so you've picked the right day. Having said that, The Human League were excellent when I saw them a few years back. Totally took me by surprise.

Nah mate, I can't claim that one.

I' ve lived in Toulouse on and off for about 20 years now, and follow Toulouse FC when there.
Only as a poor 2nd to Pools mind!

TFC qualified for the UEFA cup this season - or whatever they call it now.
They had the top scorer in Ligue 1 last season; the legend that is Andre-Pierre Gignac, but Lyon are poised to nick him for 20million euros. Swines sadx

I did see Teenage Fanclub play in Toulouse though, about 1994-ish, and they were class.

Heh, no it was at the Bataclan.
As seedy a dive as you could find, but with top acoustics, only bettered by the Palais des Sports just off bd Lascrosses where I used to stay.
aaaah la nostalgie! Pizzes all over that Zenith monstrosity any day.
