Word of warning, get a sony vaio, by far the best and worth the extra few bob! currys do ten months interest free so if you pay £50 a month over ten months £500 will get u a good sony vaio, ive had others in the past and they always have hardware failure, touch wood, my sony vaio is still going strong 2 years later.

I would strongly recommend otherwise. My mate had one and had endless hardware problems, sent it back to Sony twice and waiting over a month to get it back both times.
I've always liked Acers I've had and never had any problems with them.
