Roberto Martinez?

Off to wigan, he's only been at swansea 5 minutes.

And wigan are not even a big club really.

Learn your trade tino and stay in the championship a bit longer!

I actually think it shows some faith by Whelan.

He is bringing in an up and coming manager from a league below.

He could have employed some of the usual "has been" names or brought in someone from abroad.

From that point of view i think it's good, he's one of the 3 amigos wigan brought over from spain years ago, he obviously still has feelings for the club.

But i just think he could do better, wigan are too small for bruce but big enough for roberto.

Wigan could probs go no further in the league than about 10th.

I think he could get swansea to the level wigan are at in a few years.

With a bigger potential and fan base, I think he has dropped a clanger going there.
