I liked everything - EVERYTHING - U2 did up to War, then kind of half-liked the Unforgettable fire, then found them totally forgettable after that. I waited ages for Achtung Baby and regretted it.
So bye bye U2; thanks for three really great albums, but at the end of the day, you're just another 1980s band (albeit a fookin' good one).
