Is it legal for someone to put a business into administration and then reopen it as a business? What's the point in that then? sctatchinghead

Just from memory, if you come out of a CVA to the satisfaction of all parties, which means all your football debts are paid, i.e. players wages and anything owed to another football club, then you don't get a points deduction and you'll be given your golden share by the Football League.

If you don't, you get a points deduction.

Surely George Houghton has just pulled the same stunt Master Bates did at Leeds. rage If the Football League is going to be consistant then Darlo are due a hefty points deduction and may go the same way as Luton.
