Out now in all good bookshops and some rubbish ones as well ! :laugh:

Jeff's boook (everyone round here calls'em bucks) lies next to the copy of the DVD of Leonard Cohen's concert at the O2 Arena which were both presents for my recent birthday. I haven't watched or read yet.
