Gylfi Sigurdsson was foiled in the last few seconds by the superb Hartlepool goalkeeper Jan Budtz in an anxious affair at the Alexandra Stadium. The Icelandic teenager burst through into the six-yard box after a clever header back across goal from the advanced Dennis Lawrence - but after bringing it down on his chest his final shot was somehow kept out by Budtz. It was one of those moments where everyone inside Gresty Road had though the Alex had snatched it again.

The shot was superbly blocked by Nelson (I think) before it got near Budtz. He however made one excellent save and commanded his area very well. I nearly followed through when the lad went clean through though, that would have been heart breaking.

I thought it was Collins

Jan did make two massive saves for us though!
