I have a TT Card and a 4gb micro sd card

have you tried picking up the file and transferring it onto your sd card.

you need a dpg converter to convert dvd or avi files to the dpg format or just download the films from (btjunkie.org) already in dpg format and drag and drop them onto your sd in your r4 like you would the games and watch them in the right option on the title screen.
