Another clanger for Cardiff last night apparently.
Their fans are calling him "Agent Dimi" and believe he's been sent by Swansea to fook them up.

Seems they are saying the same things about Dimi that some on here are saying about ALB!

Yes foookin please.

Unless of course, since Dimi has made a few mistakes that suddenly makes ALB a much better keeper than he really is.

That is whats being implied isnt it?

Of course that's what is being implied, it's Hartlepool FFS!!

A player can't make a mistake, or want to better himself, it's just not right

He should be booed and called a bounder

I've been to a few of the recent cardiff games as i am living there now (maybe i should change my name to cardiffpoolie!) and Dimi has been CRAP. With the exception of a decent 20min spell in the Barnsley game he has been much worse than ALB recently.

I was at Hartlepool on Saturday for the Peterborough game, and at Swindon to see the Ben Clarke score the penalty. Before that I was at Brighton, West Hame at home in the Cup, home to Northampton, away at Hereford, away at Fleetwood in the Cup, away at Leeds, away at Orient, away at Leicester, Home to Oldham. And West Brom in the Carling Cup.

As for Cardiff I was at the Barnsley game last Tuesday and the QPR game the day after Swindon in which Dimi played in both. I have also seen the Blackpool and Sheff Wed games.

I base my comment on Dimi being crap more on the fact that he has played terribly in the two games of consequence for Cardiff; Wolves and Norwich and that in the games I have seen he let soft goals in, his kicking was woeful and he was indecisive with crosses and corners. He is a shadow of the keeper that I remember at Pools. Cardiff fans are praying for a different keeper.

Is that sufficient for you “chip” or should I beg your permission to post my opinions in future?

Oh, and should I post details of other games I have been to this season?

I wouldn't be surprised if Dimi wasn't at his sharpest at the moment, he hasn't had a good run of games for nearly two full seasons now. He probably just needs a manager to show some faith in him and give him a good run.

ALB's form has been better since Turner over egged his pudding, good man management from CT that.

Think you are right PJ_Poolie. I spoke with him at Coventry's pre-season training camp and he used the word "frustrated" about every other word! Think Swansea would have him back in a shot!

I'm pretty sure Windass would be a good signing for Pools.
And I don't "not" rate Dimi, he's just not the Great 'keeper some people make out.
Though I was wrong about Kyle like.

Anyone who says they wouldn't have Dimi between the sticks rather than the current incumbents are out of touch with reality.

ive actually been reasonably impressed with barrett of late, though i dont see him as a long term first choice keeper.

i cant comment on dimis spell at cardiff as i havent seen him play. he has conceeded one in 3 at home, but has made 2 bad mistakes away from home against norwich and wolves- tho he did also make a couple of excellent saves in the wolves game.

it would seem to be true that a lot of cardiff fans have turned against him, tho on the forum i read it was almost exclusively people who hadnt actually seen the 2 away games.

swansea were impressed enuff with him to offer him a deal till the end of the season.

he is the best permanent keeper i have ever seen at pools.

beg to differ i thought martin hodge was a better keeper than dimi

Ee, I remember Les Green. In fact I used to fancy him in my extreme youth.

I've never admitted it before because I thought everyone would think I was really old.

Thank you, my dear.

The date was probably 69, wasn't it? When I was 4 years old...

Barry Watling for me also, he won the record for going unbeaten out of all 92 clubs in the league.
