 Post subject: the bin with a sting

the daughter just been hit with £100 fixed penalty for leaving her bin out a bin she has'nt seen or used for about 6 month,they have been taking their rubbish to burn road,so somebody has had the use of 2 bins and she gets the fine,fooking council you could'nt make it up,oh and she is going to fight it all the way,anyone else had this problem?

being serious tho, how did they know it is her old bin? had she wrote her number and streetname on it? and why cant you get fined if you leave your bin out? what length of time had it apparently been left out?

they put there bin out and went to get it in but it had gone,then they got a new one at acost of ten quid the first week they put that out that went the journey,they checked the backstreet and it was'nt there so they had to take their rubbish to burn road,now this other bin has ended up outside their backgate so thge council said it was theirs only thing is it's full of nappies and dogshit 1 they don't have any kids,2 they don't have a dog
