I make no judgments on your answer, but this was mine

I received a call today offering me full hospitality at the boro on saturday, lift from the house etc etc. The person offering , knowing my feelings, said 'it's not the football, its the company and the drink'
'then change the fookin venue and im all yours'

Next time tho, I'll give me place to Parmo or Muttley

Who are they playing? Could you find it in yourself to get excited about their opponents?

That's what I did a few years back when I went with my Dad who was in his late sixties at the time, it turned out to be unwise as some of the Boro arseholes decided to wait for me and him after the game. In the end they just shouted abuse and pushed and shoved us a little but I did think it was going to kick off.

I didn't learn my lesson because I have done the same since then at Swindon a couple of times, my mates Dad was a Director down there, the only differance was the Swindon fans just laughed at me.

I used to be involved in scouting before going to France. The district once ran a fund raising lottery. This was in the 1980s. The top prize was a season ticket for the Borer. And I had to try to sell tickets. Talk about an uphill struggle.

I have been to the Riverside stadium once, the only Premier League game I have ever attended and the only one I ever will unless Pools should ever find themselves there ( ).

It was this game

This was mid-February and Bolton had picked up just ONE away point all season prior to that match. We were in a box paid for by one of our suppliers. I found it difficult, erm, impossible....erm... OK I made no effort whatsoever to contain my loud amusement. Never got invited back

Jamie Pollock, how the fook did he get a game at any level??

How thick's a pig plop window. Bet it played havoc with your wash leather.
