I was talking to a Chairman of a Ryman League club yesterday... they are in financial shit but he refuses to put them into administration (to avoid a points deduction I presume).
He was saying that some of their players are on £350 a week as a semi-professional as their 2nd job - this is after one pay cut..... He went on to say how if they didnt win their next game 'They will get paid fook all'........ is he allowed to do that?????

Aye, but can he action it???
He sounded pretty serious about it, to be fair they won last night so im guessing it was a big incentive for them if he said anything to the squad!

It depends if they have contracts either verbal of written. If they do, he can't.
