These two Barack Obama books look quite good, have to see about getting them on Amazon:

Also, something called The Giro Playboy by Michael Smith, a 'Poolie writer who now lives in London.

Surely, it wouldn't have been right though if he only ran for the Presidency because of the whole race thing ?

Thanks Norge, that's great. I'm sure you won't regret it. It has the potential to do very well indeed but its all in the lap of the gods - whether or not it will get reviewed by the broadsheets etc. Because if it does I'm sure it will get very good reviews.
On Amazon costs £5.59 PoK, that's 30 percent off already. £7.99 anywhere else.
I shouldnt say don't buy another book by a poolie because I know how much work goes into these things. Why don't you buy them both and then see which one you prefer? That's a better idea.

I have all the Lincoln Rhyme and Amelia Sachs ones, they are The Stone Monkey, The Empty Chair, The Vanished Man, The 12th Card and The Cold Moon along with the above 2. I think that I might get the newest one, The Broken Window, soon.

Have you seen The Bone Collector filum, I recorded it the other night, doubt it will be as good as the book though
