£12 adults, £9 students, £6 juviniles.

sell season tickets in march.
£200 adults, £150 students, £100 juviniles and allow monthly installments (like bradford).

have carboot sales.

have concerts on EVERY MONTH, (elton john concert revenued 1.4M)

attempt to host a few england matches, if it fails show the games on the big screen with free entry.

reduce friendly ticket prices by 50% and host friendlies against big name clubs playing full team squads such as Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea, Villa etc.

hold open trials in may for fans who think they could break into pro clubs and charge £60 per person with a limited amount of space (32 or so).

get a bigger shirt manufacturer such as adidas, nike etc.

get a bigger shirt sponsor such as Firelli etc.

get bigger hording sponsors, nike, adidas, reebok, british gas, anyone willing to spend more than what we already getting.

get a park and ride system installed, one that isnt pathetic like a bus running every hour or what ever from town.
