I'm not saying there not Mr I, Dave may have just posted the Bob Newton thread for anyone interested in going to see him not expecting the thread to turn out like it has. So this is maybe why he has not posted anything on the Tony Parry night on the bunker lately.

If that's the case it's a crying shame seeing as there's many of us who couldn't be there want to know how good it was

I can't imagine there's anyone that would have a bad word to say about Tony, he's a legend and I respect that, and I would love to hear some of his stories, like I'm sure everyone else would.

So if you were there, haway and tell us all how good he was PLEASE!

Hard to believe it now, but I have heard he was a bit of a tom cat during his time with us in the late 60s. Not that makes him a bad person like.

Tony Parry night ?? anyone who was in the mill house on sat afternoon will have had it explained how it went. unfortunatly the effort that Dave and Goffy put in to get this up and running turned out a touch embarrasing, although many people were interested and assured us of their pressence what we ended up with was a couple of locals, a bloke with his dog and a sunderland fan, apart from elvis and gremmlin (thanks lads ) that was pretty much the attendance from the Hartlepool supporters. So I think it is safe to say that Codyaker is a touch pissed off. We ended up canceling when it was quite clear by 8.45 that nobody was going to turn up . but he ended up staying till the end of the night, he had a few beers and we got a few photos, he was proper gent just a shame that nobody else was there to see it.???
