Fair comment but can you explain how the banks have got themselves into this mess and we have to bail them out? We should be immune from bank charges if we own the banks.

read somewhere that it was all bill clintons fault in the 90's he introduced some legislation that forced the american banks to have quotas forcing them to give mortgages to the minoritys in the usa, who had no realisitc chance of paying them back, but the banks had to lend because they would get big fines if they didnt meet the quotas. when they didnt pay back the dominoes started how true i dunno i mighta got some of it wrong was a fair bit ago i read it.
